Those who do not have tattoos or fashion tattoos / those who are not affiliated with organized crime groups

Enrollment fee: 5,500 yen (tax included)
Monthly membership fee for 2 months
Card issue fee: 550 yen (tax included)
Specified supplies price (swimsuit, swim cap, bag)
Swimsuit: 2,640 yen for men, 3,740 yen for women (varies depending on size)
Swim cap 300 yen (tax included)
Bag 3,200 yen (tax included)
Passbook (branch name/account number) and delivery seal
Parent's identity verification certificate (driver's license, health insurance card, resident card)

Please notify the front desk of your withdrawal by the 5th of each month. (Guardians in principle)
If there is unpaid monthly membership fee, the withdrawal notice will be officially accepted after the full amount has been paid.
Please notify the front desk of any cancellations or course changes by the 5th of the previous month. (Guardians in principle)
When you suspend your membership, you will be required to pay a monthly fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) in order to continue your membership. (within 3 months, renewable)
If you lose your membership card and have it reissued, a fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged.
If you wish to change the day, time, course, etc. for your own reasons, a handling fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged.
If you wish to use the school bus (free of charge), please apply in advance at the front desk.

fitness membership
