About first time use

1 Check-in
Please present your membership card and shoe locker key at the front desk. A staff member will hand you the locker key.
*If you would like to rent any items, please feel free to ask.
2 We will guide you to the men's and women's locker rooms.
Please choose the locker of your choice and store your valuables in the locker while changing clothes, etc. Please use the locker key by wearing it on your wrist.
3. Please measure your blood pressure, check your physical condition, and enjoy your preferred area.

STEP 1 Check the body
We will use an in-body measuring device to check your body condition in detail, including body fat, weight, and muscle balance.
STEP 2 How to use
We will provide advice and support on how to use the machines correctly and the flow of your daily training.
STEP 3 Menu creation
We will create a simple menu according to your goals. *As a special individual menu, our fitness expert trainers will also prepare a total support menu for each customer to create the optimal body. A separate fee will be charged.
STEP 4 Follow-up
We conduct in-body tests every month to check changes in your body and their effects.We support our customers in maintaining their health and dieting within a reasonable range.

Pool

・Equipped with pool (25M x 5), kids pool, and sauna. We have a heated pool with a focus on water quality and clarity. We offer lessons for a variety of purposes, from underwater walking to competitive swimming.

studio

It is a comfortable studio where you can see the blue sky and Phoenix when you look up from the window. We have a wide variety of studio lesson programs, so even beginners can participate with confidence.

Gym

A wide variety of machines are available. You can perform training such as functional training, muscle training, and aerobic exercise. Our staff will support you in more effective training tailored to your goals.

Trainers with specialized knowledge will be on hand to support our customers so that they can train with peace of mind and meet their individual goals .

You will have a consultation with your chosen personal trainer to create a safe and effective training program to achieve your goals. At this time, the personal trainer will ask you about your physical condition and goals.

Training is planned in a way that is not too difficult, with the support of a personal trainer, based on a program planned during counseling. In addition, the personal trainer will provide effective methods from various perspectives, aiming to make your training more effective and enjoyable.
