1 Check-in
Please present your membership card and shoe locker key at the front desk. A staff member will give you a locker key.
If you have any requests for rental items, please feel free to let us know.
2 We will guide you to the men’s and women’s locker rooms.
Please choose a locker of your choice, store your valuables in the locker, and change your clothes.
Please keep your locker key on your arm.
3 Please take your blood pressure and check your physical condition and use the area of your choice.

Swimsuits, swim caps, T-shirts, half pants, shoes, towels, and prices vary, so please feel free to ask at the front desk.

Orientation

STEP 1 Check the body
In addition to body fat and weight, we will check your body condition in detail using measuring instruments, such as interosseous muscle mass.
STEP 2 How to use the machine
We will advise and support you on the proper use of the machine and the daily training flow.
STEP 3 Menu Creation
We will create a simple menu according to your goals. We also offer a special personalized menu where our fitness expert trainers provide a total support menu for each client to optimize his/her body. Additional fees will be charged.
STEP 4 Follow-up
We will follow up with clients every month to check the changes and effects of their bodies, and support them in their efforts to build their health and lose weight.

SWIMMING POOL

– We have a swimming pool (25m×5), kid’s Pool and Sauna. We have a heated swimming pool with a focus on water quality and transparency. Lessons are available for various purposes from underwater walking to competitive swimming.

STUDIO

– This comfortable studio has a view of the blue sky and Phoenix when you look up at the window. A wide variety of studio lesson programs are available for beginners.

GYM

– A wide variety of machines are available. Functional, Muscle Training and Aerobic Training are available. Our staff will support you with more effective training according to your goals.

1. Counseling

After a consultation with your chosen personal trainer, a safe and effective training program will be created to help you achieve your goals. At this time, your personal trainer will ask you about your physical condition and goals.

2. Training

Training will be conducted in a systematic manner with the support of the personal trainer based on the program planned at the counseling session, so as not to overwork the client. The personal trainer will also provide you with effective methods from various perspectives to make your training more effective and enjoyable.
