Fitness Membership Fees

Business days and other notes
- Fitness members must be 15 years of age or older (except junior high school students).
- In principle, the Admission fee and membership fee are non-refundable.
- The monthly membership fee for two months must be paid in cash at the time of enrollment for membership.
- The monthly membership fee will be deducted from your designated bank account on the 20th of each month. (prepayment system).
- Please note that when enrolling, please agree to the Membership Agreement before accept the application.

School Open Hours / Other Notes
- School hours : The above times include attendance confirmation, gymnastics, showers, and water entry.
- Facility Closed : Summer, New Year’s Holidays, Temporary closures (Natural Disasters, Facility Inspections,etc.)
- School Closed : Every Monday, the last day of the month (5th week), Summer, New Year’s Holidays, and temporary closures (Natural Disasters, Facility Inspections, etc.) * Please Check the School Calendar.
- If you’re going to miss a lesson or not to use the Bus service, please contact us at least 2 hours before the lesson starts.
- Ballet School (Lessons) cannot be substituted.
Progression Tests
- The test is held every two months on the fourth week of odd-numbered months.
- All students who take the test will receive a result sheet. All students who pass the test will also receive a certificate.
- For each advancement level, please purchase a badge (100 yen/per badge, tax included) at the front desk and please sew it on the front of your cap.
- The color of the cap will vary depending on the swimmer’s ability level, and a cap may be purchased at the time of advancement. (300 yen per cap, tax included, for advancement)
- Test make-up is available during the test period, even on the previous day of the week. Reservations are required.
Refundable Lesson
- If you miss a lesson, you can take a substitute lesson within one month from the day you miss the lesson.
- This does not apply during the testing period.　Reservations are required.
- You can only take a substitute lesson once a month for the once-a-week course, and twice a month for the twice-a-week course.
School Bus (Free of charge)
- If you wish to use the school buss service, you must apply in advance at the front desk.
- If you’re going to miss a lesson or not to use the bus service, please contact us at least 2 hours before the lesson starts.
