Admission Flow

: You will be given a tour of our facilities and programs, a trial membership is also available for some campaigns.

: We will select the type of membership based on your purpose of use and the amount of time you will be using the facility.

: After the explanation, consultation and tour (trial) have baeen completed, the customer must be satisfied with the program before making a final application.

School Membership

Those whose health condition does not interfere with the use of the Club’s facilities
Those who accept and strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the LANAI Sport Club.
Those who haven’t been expelled from the Sport Club in the past.

Fitness Membership

Those whose health condition does not interfere with the use of the Club’s facilities
Have the dignity and social credibility to be a member of the Club
Not have tattoos or fashion tattoos, and not be a member of a crime syndicate.
Those who agree to and strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the Club.
Those who haven’t been expelled from the Club in the past
15 years of age or older (except for junior high school students)
※ Those who are under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian’s written consent.
Who are not pregnant.

School Membership

Admission fee 5,500 yen (tax included)
Monthly membership fee for 2 months
Card issuance fee 550 yen (tax included)
Cost of designated equipment (Swimsuit, Swim Cap and backpack)
Swimsuits for Men 2,640 yen ～, for Women 3,740 yen ～ (varies depending on size)
Swim cap 300 yen (tax included)
Backpack 3,200 yen (tax included)
Bank book (branch name and account number) and personal seal (or Signiture)
Proof of identification of parent/guardian (Driver’s License, Health Insurance card or Resident Certificate)

Fitness Membership

School Membership

Please report your withdrawal from membership at the front desk by the 5th of the month.
(In principle, parent/guardian)
Withdrawal notification will be officially accepted after the full amount of the monthly membership fee is paid, if any.
Notification form of self-suspension or change of course must be made at the front desk by the 5th of the previous month. (In principle, Parents/Guardians musc submit a notification.)
A fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) per month is required to continue membership when suspending membership. (Renewal is possible within 3 months)
A fee of 1,100 yen (including tax) will be charged for reissuing a lost membership card.
A fee of 550 yen (including tax) will be charged if you change the day of the week, time, course, etc. for your convenience.
If you wish to use the school Bus (free of charge), you must apply in advance at the front desk.

Fitness Membership

Please notify the front desk of your withdrawal from membership by the 5th of each month.
For self-suspension or change of membership type, please report at the front desk by the 5th of the previous month.
A fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged when changing membership categories.
When suspending membership, a fee of 1,100 yen (including tax) per month is required to continue membership. (Renewal is possible within 3 months.)
A fee of 1,100 yen (including tax) will be charged for reissuing a lost membership card.
Withdrawal notification will be officially accepted after confirmation of payment of the monthly membership fee, if any.
